About Calypso Waterpark

History
2010
- June 7, 2010 - Opening of the waterpark
- June 10, 2010 - Press conference for the grand opening of Calypso Waterpark
2011
- New Summit Tower, the highest free-standing waterslide tower in Canada, with 10 new waterslides, including 2 AquaLoops, 4 high-speed waterslides and 4 serpentine slides for the entire family. This new attraction represented an investment of $5 million.
- New VIP Zone with luxurious and private Cabanas.
2012
- New Jungle Challenge and many improvements made to the waterpark's existing installations, representing a total investment of $1 million.
2013
- New Kongo Expedition, a theme river through the African savana, three new restaurants (a submarine shop, fast-food restaurant and dairy bar) and a new wooded area with 150 picnic tables, representing an investment of $7 million.
- 8 new luxurious and private Cabanas in Calypso Waterpark's VIP Zone.
