COOK
FAST FOOD LINE COOK: Fast food cooks work in food production, preparing fries, burgers and other fast-food products in our Kongo and Main Street restaurants for customers.
ULYSSES RESTAURANT COOK: Prepares meals by reviewing recipes; assembling, combining, and cooking ingredients; while maintaining a sanitary kitchen. Attends to the detail and presentation of each order to ensure guest satisfaction.
CASHIER
Cashiers provide customer service & assistance in our food outlets. Handle customer purchases throughout their shift. Receive payments by cash, debit card or credit card. Mentally calculate the change to be given to the customer. Cashiers are responsible for the cash transactions of their cash register. Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
BARTENDER
Bartenders and servers work at our licensed areas in the park offering both bar and table service to our guests. Have a solid understanding of excellence in customer service. Prepare the bar for service; replenishing stock, cut garnishes and arrange your work area productively. Welcome guests, describe services & specialized beverages. Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
SERVER
Servers are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. Have a solid understanding of excellence in customer service as servers play an important role in guest satisfaction. They are also responsible for checking on customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
