How do I get to Calypso Waterpark?
Is this coupon or ticket I found online valid?
The park cannot guarantee tickets purchased on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace and other third party selling sites. These tickets may not be valid or have been purchased with stolen credit cards and you will not be able to enter the park with that ticket. Calypso does not have any promo code valid on Retailmenot.com, or any other coupon site. We apologize for any confusion but we cannot control invalid information posted on other websites. The park’s correct information and offers are posted on this website.

If the Access 2 cardholder is admitted to a participating venue for free because of their age, then the Access 2 Card cannot be used at that time.

Do you sell towels and sunscreen?
Yes, our retail store sells towels, swimsuits, flip flops, rashguards, suntan lotion and other items available for purchase.
Are lockers available for rent? How much are they?
Yes, lockers are available for rent. To fully enjoy your day, we highly recommend you use a locker to secure your personal belongings. Calypso Waterpark is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- A Small Locker can be rented for $15 tax included. (10 in. wide by 16 in. tall)
- Large Lockers are $25 tax included. (16.5 in. wide by 22.5 in. tall)
- Lockers are situated near the main entrance. You can rent your locker by scanning a QR Code near the locker area.
What are methods of payment?
Calypso is now cashless! We accept credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments throughout the park. For guests who prefer to use cash, we have convenient kiosk machines where you can deposit cash in exchange for a card that can be used for tickets, food, shopping, and more within the park.
Can I bring food and drinks into Calypso?
You can bring your own lunch into the park! Calypso Waterpark has many picnic tables with parasols and sprawling grass throughout the site to enjoy a meal, snack or simply relax with your friends and family.
If you forget something or are in the mood for dessert, you can find a wide variety of meals, snacks, treats and refreshments at our 9 restaurants and snack bars.
Alcohol, glassware, radios and speakers are not allowed in the park.
Is food and beverage available for purchase at Calypso?
Yes, Calypso has nine restaurants and snack bars.
Does the park supply life vests?
Yes, Calypso has personal flotation devices available at no charge. We recommend all guests under 48” or who are non- swimmers wear life jackets where appropriate.
Is there a dress code for the park?
To participate in our attractions, proper bathing attire is required. It is our commitment to accommodate all our guests and comply with all safety laws, rules & regulations. We welcome guests from all cultural backgrounds and we encourage all guests to respect each others’ perspectives, beliefs and values.

Are swim masks or goggles permitted?
Swim masks and goggles are only allowed in pools. They are not permitted on the slides.
Can I leave the park and re-enter throughout the day?
Yes, all park guests leaving the park and planning to return later that day are required to get a wrist band prior to leaving the park.
How much is parking?
General Parking: $20 plus tax per vehicle using the on-site automatic parking system, credit or debit only. The park does not accept cash for parking. Daily parking may not be purchased online or at the ticket booths.
Is the water heated?
Our pools are heated.
What if there is bad weather on the day of my visit?
The park does not close for rain. All attractions remain open on rainy days. For safety reasons, in the event of a thunderstorm, attractions may be temporarily closed. They will reopen after the storm has passed. Note that there are no refunds due to bad weather.

If I am not going to ride, do I still have to pay to enter the park?
Guests under 1 m do not require an admission ticket. Otherwise a ticket is required, even if not swimming.

Are GoPros allowed in the park and on the rides?
GoPros are allowed in the Park. However, GoPros are only allowed in the wave pool and themed rivers. Due to safety and/or slide damage, GoPros are not allowed on any other rides.
Do you search bags upon entry?
Yes. For your safety all bags are searched prior to entry.
Are there any discounts for corporate outings?
Yes, we offer discounts for company outings of 20 or more. Learn about our group tickets.
Are there any restrictions if I am pregnant?
Calypso rides and attractions are not recommended for pregnant women.
What is the child admission age?
Kids under 1 m are free. A Child’s Ticket is available for guests 1 m – 1.32 m. Click here for rates.
Am I allowed to bring a guest with my season pass?
Gold Season Pass Holders get one free friend ticket and may also purchase half price tickets at the front gate.

How do I obtain my “bring-a-friend free” tickets I got with purchase of gold season pass?
Your free friend ticket is set up as benefit on each Gold Season Pass once it’s processed. You can then scan your pass for your entry at the front gate and let the attendant know you also want to use your free friend ticket and they will scan again.
How do I purchase discounted guest tickets with my Gold Season Pass?
To purchase half price guest tickets, present your Gold Season Pass at the ticket booths.
Can we bring our pets to the park?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our park, except for registered service animals. However, you have the option of leaving your pet at the nearby Eastway Pet Resort while you enjoy your time at Calypso.
Are the pools heated?
Yes, all of the pools are heated all summer long!
What was the conditions for the Easter & Spring Sale Promotion?
With this promotion, when you purchase one Regular Season Pass for $79.99, you receive one free Friend Day Ticket. This ticket is redeemable on weekdays only and must be used by July 11th, 2025.
Can I bring my service dog?
Service dog owners must show proper legal document. Proof that the dog is a train service animal. The dog must be leashed or harnessed at all times. The handler has to be fully responsible for the dog’s care, behavior, and cleanup.
